Our goal is to become the largest provider of shared housing in Prague, and then extend our reach to other European countries.
Filip Kovářík
Filip has worked in real estate since 2019, when he started out as a real estate agent. Since 2023 he has devoted himself fully to tackling Prague’s housing crisis through co-living in apartments and abandoned buildings. His skills span project management, accounting, marketing and construction management. He also has a strong affinity for technology and looks for ways to put it to work.
His vision is to build a leading position on the Prague market in co-living and private student residences. Because housing affordability for the young is a global problem, he wants to bring his solution to foreign markets such as Germany and Poland. He graduated from the Faculty of Management at the Prague University of Economics and Business. He believes strategic partnerships make great things possible, and he looks forward to what the future brings.
David Pačes
David has been in real estate since 2022, starting out, like Filip, in property brokerage. In 2023 he founded their first company, PKFD Management s.r.o., with Filip Kovářík, and together they have been solving the housing crisis their own way ever since: leasing large apartments and buildings, upgrading them for co-living and subletting the rooms.
David is completing his studies at the Faculty of Law at Charles University. He excels above all in commercial, civil and financial law. He is also an excellent dealmaker and a persuasive negotiator, helped by his long career in combat sports. He believes co-living is the new standard, and that together with Filip he will become the largest co-living provider in the Czech Republic and, in time, on the European market.
