We guarantee the apartment is returned in its original or better condition. If we judge an apartment too risky to return, we do not take it on at all.
Careful, value-adding improvements
In most cases we make visual improvements such as wall repairs, repainting, modern designer lighting, new kitchen units or quality flooring. By agreement, these improvements stay with the owner free of charge at the end of the lease.
Removable partitions, zero damage
To divide rooms we use our own system of removable partitions, which leave no trace if the lease ever ends and the space is restored to its original state.
